1. Payment Terms
We offer the following payment structures for our website development projects:
- Standard Payment Plan: 50% advance payment to initiate the project, and 50% final payment upon completion and delivery. The advance payment is non-refundable as it covers project planning, initial development, and resource allocation.
- 100% Upfront Payment: For projects paid via financial services or EMI options, we require full payment upfront. This payment is non-refundable and ensures the project’s financial backing before work begins.
2. Custom Service Nature
Our services are highly customized based on each client’s specific requirements. Therefore, all payments made, whether under the standard plan or upfront payment plan, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Milestones and Approvals
Projects typically involve multiple milestones. As each milestone is completed and approved, the work associated with that milestone is considered accepted, and payments made are non-refundable. We encourage clients to actively participate during the development process to ensure that the final deliverables align with expectations.
4. Scope Changes and Additional Costs
If the project scope changes during development, additional costs may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. Payments made for additional work are also non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
In the event of a project cancellation, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable. This includes both the advance payment and any additional payments made for ongoing work, as substantial time, effort, and resources will have already been invested.
6. Quality Assurance and Satisfaction
We are committed to delivering work that aligns with your vision and goals. We provide several rounds of revisions within the agreed project scope. However, once the final deliverables are approved and the final payment is made, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be provided.
7. Disputes and Resolution
We prioritize our client relationships and encourage open communication. If any concerns arise, we are dedicated to working with you to resolve them within the scope of our agreement.
